At Petrolimex, the Board of Directors serves as the highest body, responsible for strategic decision-making and for overseeing the management of the Group's economic, environmental, and social impacts. At the same time, the Board of Directors is also the highest body responsible for developing, approving and declaring Petrolimex's mission, strategies, policies and objectives related to sustainable development. The Board of Directors' supporting Departments include: General Administration Department, Strategy and Investment Department, Human Resources and Remuneration Department, Risk Management Department, Audit Department.

The General Director directly supervises the Group's functional departments and assigns Deputy General Directors to be in charge of directly managing and operating sustainable development issues including planning, implementation and implementation management.
